The Arcane Forge is the server's racial enchant service: the arcane blacksmiths add to your weapon a damage bonus against a specific race (similar to a card), preserving the refine and the cards. Two NPCs offer the service, for different weapon classes:
Don't confuse this with the Arcane Infusion: that one rolls several random attributes on common and defensive weapons. The Arcane Forge only records one racial damage bonus. Both consume Arcane Gems.

Service exclusive to weapons forged by blacksmiths (common weapons sold by NPCs aren't accepted here, for those, look for the Apprentice Arcane Blacksmith).

Requirements for the Enchant
To use the service, the player must have in their inventory:
Only the weapon they want to upgrade, which must be forged by a blacksmith.
The weapon may contain upgrades that resulted from the forge, such as an element or extra attack.

Specific Requirements
To use the service, the player must have in their inventory:
Only the common NPC-sold weapon they want to upgrade.
The weapon must not have been forged by a blacksmith and must have the same ID as the weapon sold by NPCs.
Upgrade Process
The player chooses the race against which they want the damage bonus, and the process begins.
If successful, the player receives a new weapon with the damage bonus applied, keeping the cards and refine level of the original weapon.
Important
Lisa only works with common weapons sold by NPCs. Weapons forged by blacksmiths cannot be upgraded.
The weapon's refine level will be kept after the upgrade.
