1. What is ReClassic?
ReClassic is a reimagining of the classic MMORPG that defined an era, bringing a unique blend of nostalgia and innovation. Our goal is to Preserve the essence of the original game while introducing new mechanics and adjustments to create a more balanced and exciting gameplay experience.
2. What are ReClassic's main innovations?
ReClassic introduces several innovations on top of classic pre-renewal:
Rebirth Journey: Be reborn in Valhalla upon reaching level 99/50, choose permanent Power Fragments and a Companion that joins you on your journey. Up to 3 rebirths per character.
Training System: Train 6 stats (STR, AGI, VIT, INT, DEX, LUK) via NPCs at the Eden Group to earn permanent bonuses and unlock perks at level milestones.
Abyssalite: A new ore introduced into the game's economy. It's needed on several occasions during your adventure and drops from a variety of monsters, from the weakest to the strongest.
Server Rebalances: Meticulous adjustments across every class to make sure all of them can show their true potential on the battlefield.
Temporal Dungeons: Explore dungeons from other eras of time with updated drops.
Battle Pass: A seasonal reward system that rewards active players with exclusive items as they gain experience.
Marketplace Cash: A secure marketplace built into the game where players sell in-game items for Cash Points and use their balance to buy from other players or from the Cash Shop.
3. How does the Rebirth Journey work?
The Golden Aura, a visual reward for those who complete all three journeys.
The Rebirth Journey is ReClassic's endgame mechanic. Upon reaching level 99 with Job 50, you can talk to the Book of Ymir in Juno to be teleported to Valhalla and speak with the Valkyrie. There, you:
Choose permanent Power Fragments (STR, AGI, VIT, INT, DEX or LUK) that build up across journeys.
Choose a Companion: a Forest Fairy or a Geffenia Succubette, that accompanies you until the end of the journey.
Are reborn as a level 1 Novice and face a progressive EXP penalty (-50% on the 1st, -70% on the 2nd, -90% on the 3rd).
Upon completing the journey, receive the Companion's Egg (permanent), a permanent Aura beneath your feet (White, Violet or Golden) and exclusive rewards from the Valkyrie.
There are up to 3 journeys per character, each one more challenging and rewarding than the last, with a 7-day cooldown between them.
4. How does the Training System work?
Training panel on the site: a visual interface to track training and stamina, online or offline.
The Training System lets you train 6 attributes (STR, AGI, VIT, INT, DEX, LUK) to earn permanent bonuses on your character, independent of base level and job.
Requirement: base level 50+, in the Eden Group.
Online Training: talk to the Training Target, choose the attribute and the duration (1 to 12 hours). The character stays locked in place while training.
Offline Training: exclusive to VIP+: the character disconnects and trains while you're offline, consuming stamina (up to 12h of capacity).
Perks: upon reaching levels 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 of an attribute, the player unlocks extra permanent bonuses that can be chosen among options.
Training Wands: consumable items that add hours of 5x boost to training XP.
Training can also be managed directly from the Training panel on the site, with progress bars and a stamina indicator.
5. How does the Class Rebalance work?
The Server Rebalances is a careful overhaul of the skills of every class in the game. This adjustment aims to provide strategic balance, where no class is disproportionately powerful or neglected, ensuring each one can shine in both PvE and PvP.
6. How can I get Perpetual and Unstable Cash Hats?
ReClassic Cash Hat Shop: where you get the Unstable ones.
The Unstable Cash Hats are purchased directly from the Cash Shop (in-game Cash Shop), already refined to +7. To get the Perpetual version of the same hat, you need to talk to the Traveling Blacksmith, who forges the permanent version using the rare ore Abyssalite as a reagent. The Traveling Blacksmith appears in various locations, encouraging exploration of the world of Rune Midgard.
7. What are the Temporal Dungeons?
Temporal Traveler: the NPC that gives access to the Temporal Dungeons.
The Temporal Dungeons are special maps from future episodes of the game, with updated drops and harsher EXP loss. They're available for a limited time, offering unique challenges and valuable rewards. Access is granted through the Temporal Traveler.
8. Can I reset my skills and attributes?
The Mage of Oblivion, in prt_in (60, 173).
In ReClassic, there are several ways to reset your skills and attributes, letting you adjust your build as you progress in the game:
Mage of Oblivion: Located in prt_in (60, 173), this NPC offers free status and skill reset services up to level 55.
Potion of Oblivion: This potion lets you reset your attributes and can be obtained directly with Cash or as a reward from the Battle Pass.
Marketplace Cash: selling and buying items between players using Cash Points.
The Marketplace Cash is a marketplace integrated into the game that lets players sell in-game items for Cash Points and use the balance to buy items from other players, all safely mediated by the NPC Marketplace Manager in Prontera. The Cash balance can be obtained via @doar (zeny → Cash), through the Donations Manager NPC, or by PIX deposit on the site.
10. What sets ReClassic apart from other private servers?
ReClassic stands out by combining classic MMORPG nostalgia with modern innovations. Systems like Rebirth Crossing, Training, Perks, Companions, Divine Forge and a careful class Rebalance create an extra layer of progression beyond base level/job, without giving up the pre-renewal essence.
